Opportunities

Opportunities to increase territorial profitability.

We assess whether a territory can access funding, carbon markets or biodiversity markets through a clear view of eligibility, potential value and next steps.

Three pathways

From territorial data to a defensible opportunity.

Not every territory fits every pathway. Our work is to identify where a real opportunity exists, what it requires and whether it is worth pursuing.

01 · Funding

Your territory may be leaving public funding on the table.

Calls open and close quickly. Between European funds, agri-environmental schemes, insurance, energy, digitalisation, restoration and regional programmes, opportunities are often missed because they arrive too late or because eligibility is unclear.

Territorium turns that noise into a practical decision: which calls fit the asset, what estimated value they may bring, what information is required and whether it is worth applying.

What you receive

A monthly report with real opportunities.

01

Timely alerts

Relevant opportunities before deadlines are already too close.

02

Only what fits

Cross-checking with asset data: location, surface area, uses, crops and constraints.

03

Clear recommendation

Eligibility, estimated value, required documentation and whether to apply or not.

04

Full execution

When an opportunity is worth pursuing, we support the file, submission and follow-up.

Forest territory assessed for carbon market opportunities
02 · Carbon

Access to carbon markets with technical and financial discipline.

We assess whether a territory may fit carbon schemes linked to restoration, forest management, soil or improved practices, avoiding claims that cannot be technically supported.

  • Compliance and eligibility. We review fit, additionality, permanence, risks and measurement requirements.
  • Financial projections. We estimate order of magnitude, costs, timing and return sensitivity.
  • Support. We prepare the roadmap to structure, measure and present the project.
03 · Biodiversity

Access to biodiversity markets when real improvement can be measured.

  • Compliance and eligibility. We analyse baseline, improvement potential, constraints and fit with emerging methodologies.
  • Financial projections. We estimate restoration, monitoring and maintenance costs, as well as the potential value of generated improvement.
  • Support. We design the technical and commercial route to turn ecological improvement into communicable evidence.

Territorium does not guarantee funding approval or monetisation in environmental markets. Its role is to detect fit, prioritise opportunities and build a technically and financially responsible decision.
